Snow Ice Cream

This is my Mom's recipe for Snow Ice Cream -- one of the only good things about getting a big snow.

Snow Ice Cream

Whip:
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups cream
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
about a gallon of snow
