 Cheese Ball

2 pkg cream cheese, room temperature

4 cups cheddar cheese, room temperature

1 pkg ranch dressing mix

Additional chese (your choice, I used Colby Jack)

Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese and ranch dressing in a large bowl with mixer.

Form into 2 balls. Roll in the extra cheese to coat. Wrap in Saran Wrap.

Make night before.
