2 1/2 cups chopped pecans
3 large eggs
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 Spread pecans inside pie crust. Whisk remaining ingredients and pour over pecans. Bake 40-50 minutes or until top is slightly browned.
