Nikki's Sugar Cookies
1 c butter
1 1/2 c sugar
3 eggs
Cream until fluffy. Then add the following and mix:
3 1/2 c flour
2 tsp cream tarter
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp almond extract
Chill for 3-4 hours. Use plenty of flour when rolling out for cut-out cookies. Bake at 375 for 6-8 minutes.
