APPLE BUTTER
5 pounds apples, peeled, cored, sliced
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp Penzy’s brand Vannila Sugar
Cook in crockpot on low 9 hours — or longer as needed.
I then put small batches in my magic bullet to finish smooshing up.
Then put in mason jars and allow to finish cooling. Store in fridge up to one month.
