GRINCH COOKIES

 

GRINCH COOKIES
1 yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Green Food color
Mix and scoop balls onto parchment lined baking sheet. Then then roll in powder sugar. Bake 350 8-10 minutes be careful to not let them brown. Let set on cookie sheet 2 minutes before moving to a wire rack.
