Corn tortillas (small, extra thin)
1 lb hamburger
1 onion diced
Minced Garlic
Kosher Salt & Pepper
Cumin
Cilantro
Old El Paso Mild Enchilada Sauce
1 tbsp Diced Green Chilies (more if you want it spicy)
Mexican cheese.
Spray pan with Pam Cooking Spray. (I used a smaller dish that was 7.5 x 9.5)
Preheat oven to 375.
Brown hamburger with onion, garlic, chilies, and spices. When done drain grease. Add sauce and heat over medium heat.
In baking dish add a layer of corn tortillas, add 1/2 the hamburger mixture, and cheese. Then repeat the layers. Bake about 30 minutes. Top with sour cream.
